Anti-Corruption Policy
Aosafe conducts business with high standards of integrity, ethics, and legal compliance. This policy sets guidelines to prevent, detect, and reject corruption, fraud, and conflicts of interest.
1. Commitment
All Aosafe employees, contractors, and representatives must act honestly in relationships with customers, suppliers, partners, public bodies, and other stakeholders, in accordance with applicable Brazilian law, including Law No. 12.846/2013 (Anti-Corruption Law) and related rules.
2. Prohibited conduct
It is expressly forbidden, directly or indirectly, to:
- Offer, promise, or pay improper advantages to public or private agents;
- Request or receive improper advantages in commercial negotiations;
- Use intermediaries for practices that violate this policy;
- Falsify documents, statements, or records;
- Conceal relevant conflicts of interest in contracts or bidding processes;
- Engage in fraud, money laundering, or any related unlawful act.
3. Gifts, hospitality, and commercial relationships
Gifts, meals, events, or benefits must be proportionate, transparent, and consistent with ethical commercial practices. Presents or benefits that could improperly influence hiring, approval, or business referral decisions are not allowed.
4. Due diligence and third parties
Partners, suppliers, and contractors involved in Aosafe projects must observe compatible integrity standards. Relevant contracts may include anti-corruption compliance clauses, according to the nature and risk of the commercial relationship.
5. Reporting channel
Suspected violations of this policy should be reported to Aosafe at contato@aosafe.com.br, with as much detail as possible. The company treats reports confidentially and without retaliation against anyone who reports in good faith.
6. Consequences
Failure to comply with this policy may result in disciplinary measures, contract termination, communication to competent authorities, and other actions provided by law and applicable contracts.
7. Review
This policy is reviewed periodically to reflect legal, operational, and risk changes. The current version remains available on this website.
